Joe is a former Peninsula Health Care District director who also served as Chair of the City of San Mateo Public Works Commission. He's now a Deputy District Attorney in San Mateo County after many years serving in the same role in Alameda County. In addition to his law degree, Joe has a Master's degree in Public Health.
